1. How can I check my winning history?
Click on the event pop-up → Event Page → My Wins to view your draw results, retrieve prize redeem codes, and track their status.
2. How will the iPhone 17 Pro Max be delivered?
If you are the lucky winner of the iPhone 17 Pro Max, we will contact you via the contact information you provided, regardless of your location. We will arrange international shipping to your designated address. Please ensure your contact details are accurate so we can reach you promptly.
3. How will the $300 cash prize be distributed?
The $300 cash prize will be credited directly to your IPFoxy account as referral commission. You can view this in the “Affiliate Referral” section. Once the balance is credited, you may request a withdrawal at any time. Please refer to the illustration below:
4. How will the Data Coupons be distributed?
Data prizes will be issued as promo codes. You can view and copy your code in the Winning History (My Wins). It will be ready for use upon activation. For instructions on how to redeem your code, please 👉check our help tutorial.
5. Can I share my data coupons with others if I have too many?
Absolutely! You are free to share your coupon codes with friends or colleagues for them to activate and use.
6. Do account top-ups earn me draw attempts?
No, topping up your account balance does not grant draw attempts. Attempts are earned only when you complete a purchase (successful order payment) using your balance.
7. Do discounted amounts qualify for draw attempts if a coupon was used?
Draw attempts are calculated based on the actual paid amount of the order. You earn 1 attempt for every $50 spent. For example, if an order’s original price is $1,000 but you paid $800 after using a coupon, you will receive 16 attempts ($800 / $50 = 16).
8. How long are the promo codes valid?
All data, cash, and discount coupons must be activated by April 30, 2026. Please redeem them before this date to avoid expiration. Once activated, the validity period starts from the activation date as follows:
- 1TB Data Coupon: Valid for 180 days
- 100GB Data Coupon: Valid for 60 days
- Other Coupons: Valid for 30 days
- Please refer to the specific terms on each coupon for individual validity details.
9. Is there a limit on draw attempts? Do they accumulate?
There is no limit on draw attempts during the campaign; you can accumulate them through multiple purchases. However, please note that any unused attempts will expire and be cleared once the event ends. Please use them in time!
