This User Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "You") and IPFoxy, the provider of the IPFoxy services (hereinafter referred to as "IPFoxy" or "We"), governing Your use of all services offered by IPFoxy (the "Services").
This Terms, together with IPFoxy’s Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other related rules or policies published separately by IPFoxy (collectively, the "Documents"), form the complete legal framework governing Your relationship with IPFoxy in connection with the Services. In the event of any inconsistency between the Documents, this Terms shall prevail; provided, however, that matters relating to the collection, processing, and protection of personal data shall be governed exclusively by the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to amend the Terms upon reasonable notice to You. Updated Terms shall be posted on IPFoxy’s official website and may also be sent to Your registered email address. The updated Terms shall take effect on the date of publication and shall not apply retroactively. Your continued access to or use of the Services following the effective date of the updated Terms shall constitute Your acceptance of such updates. If You do not accept the updated Terms, You must cease using the Services prior to the effective date and request the termination of Your account.
By accessing or using any of the Services, You represent and warrant that (i) You are at least 18 years of age, or have attained the legal age of contractual capacity in Your jurisdiction, (ii) You possess full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by this Terms, and (iii) You agree to comply with all provisions of this Terms.
To access and use the Services, You must complete the account registration process. During registration, You shall select a unique account username, set a secure password, and provide true, accurate, and complete personal or business information (as applicable). The collection and processing of such registration information shall be conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws and IPFoxy’s Privacy Policy. You shall not register an account using a temporary email address, another person’s email address, or any false or misleading information. Failure to comply with this provision may result in the restriction or termination of Your account.
We reserve the right to independently verify the registration information submitted by You and to reject any registration application in our sole discretion, without providing any explanation or justification.
Your IPFoxy account is personal and non-transferable, and may only be used by You, the registered account holder. You shall not sell, rent, lease, lend, share, or otherwise transfer or make available Your account access to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes. IPFoxy reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate Your account without prior notice if any such unauthorized transfer or sharing is detected.
You shall be solely responsible for all activities conducted under Your account, including any consequences arising from unauthorized access to Your account due to the disclosure or compromise of Your account credentials.
You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of Your account password and other login credentials. You shall not use or store such credentials in an insecure environment. If You discover or reasonably suspect any unauthorized access to Your account, You shall immediately (i) notify IPFoxy at support@ipfoxy.com, (ii) change Your account password, and (iii) take all necessary measures to enhance the security of Your account.
IPFoxy shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability incurred by You as a result of Your failure to properly safeguard Your account credentials or Your authorization of a third party to use Your account.
By registering for an account, You consent to IPFoxy and its authorized partners sending You service notices, product updates, and commercial promotional communications via SMS, email, in-app notifications, or other reasonable channels. You are solely responsible for verifying the authenticity of any advertisements or promotional materials You receive and for any business decisions made based on such information.
In using the Services, You shall strictly comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules of Your jurisdiction and the jurisdiction(s) in which You access or use the Services, including but not limited to data protection laws, computer network security laws, and intellectual property laws.
You shall not use the Services to engage in, or assist or facilitate any third party in engaging in, any of the following prohibited activities:
If IPFoxy reasonably determines that You have engaged in any of the prohibited conduct set forth above, or that You have used the Services for any illegal purpose or beyond the authorized scope, IPFoxy may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, take one or more of the following actions: (i) issue a warning; (ii) restrict access to certain features of the Services; (iii) suspend the Services; or (iv) terminate Your account permanently. IPFoxy may also report such conduct to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with law, as appropriate.
If Your violation of the Terms results in any third party bringing a claim, lawsuit, or administrative penalty against IPFoxy, You shall fully indemnify IPFoxy for all losses, damages, costs, and expenses incurred thereby, including but not limited to damages, fines, litigation costs, and reasonable attorney’s fees. If IPFoxy pays any amount in connection with such a claim, IPFoxy reserves the right to recover such amount from You in full.
IPFoxy offers a combination of free trial features and paid subscription plans. The specific scope and conditions of the free features are subject to the information published on IPFoxy’s official website from time to time. IPFoxy reserves the right to adjust the scope, quotas, and duration of free features at any time in its sole discretion, without any obligation to compensate You.
Paid Services may only be accessed and used after You have completed the payment process. By confirming an order for a specific paid plan, You irrevocably commit to paying the corresponding fees.
The current pricing for all Services, including but not limited to traffic packages, monthly subscription plans, and value-added features, is available on IPFoxy’s pricing page at https://www.ipfoxy.net/pricing or within the software control panel. IPFoxy reserves the right to adjust service prices upon prior publication on its official website. Price adjustments shall not affect any paid plans that You have already purchased and that remain within their validity period.
IPFoxy reserves the right to adjust, suspend, or terminate any Service features, plan structures, or the overall Services at any time in its sole discretion. Such changes shall not constitute a breach of these Terms or any liability to You or any third party.
IPFoxy provides Services on a prepaid basis. You may obtain access to the Services by topping up Your account balance in advance or purchasing a subscription package.
Once payment is completed and confirmed by the system, the transaction shall be final, and IPFoxy shall not provide refunds or credits for any reason. You are solely responsible for verifying the specifications, validity period, and scope of the selected plan prior to completing payment to ensure that it meets Your actual needs.

IPFoxy reserves the right to suspend or terminate Your account and access to the Services at any time, for any reason, and without providing an explanation. Such suspension or termination may result in the deletion of Your account data, and IPFoxy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising therefrom. IPFoxy also reserves the right to refuse to provide Services to any User in its sole discretion, without explanation.
This Terms shall take effect upon Your completion of the account registration process or Your first use of the Services, whichever occurs first, and shall remain in effect until terminated in accordance with this Section.
5.2.1 You may terminate this Terms and Your account at any time by contacting IPFoxy’s official online customer support or by sending a written request to support@ipfoxy.com. Upon termination of Your account, all access rights to the Services shall immediately cease, and any remaining resources or data in Your account may be deleted.
5.2.2 IPFoxy may unilaterally terminate this Terms and close Your account immediately without prior notice if:
All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the IPFoxy website, its products, and the Services, including but not limited to all text, graphics, images, user interface designs, audio-visual materials, icons, buttons, and any arrangement or combination thereof, are owned by IPFoxy or its authorized content providers and are protected by applicable Chinese and international copyright laws. The software systems used to provide the Services are also the proprietary property of IPFoxy or its software licensors and are protected by relevant laws and international treaties.
Without the prior written authorization of IPFoxy, You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any of the foregoing protected content. You shall also not upload any content to the platform that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
The name "IPFoxy", its logos, and any other trademarks, service marks, or trade names associated with IPFoxy’s products and Services (collectively, the "IPFoxy Marks") are the proprietary assets of IPFoxy. Without the prior written permission of IPFoxy, You shall not use the IPFoxy Marks in any manner that is unrelated to IPFoxy’s products or Services, or in any way that may cause confusion among Users or damage IPFoxy’s brand reputation.
IPFoxy places great importance on the protection of Your privacy. The manner in which IPFoxy collects, stores, processes, and uses Your personal data is set forth in detail in IPFoxy’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, You consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.
In the course of using the Services, You may have access to non-public business information of IPFoxy (the "Trade Secrets"). You shall maintain the strict confidentiality of the Trade Secrets, shall not use the Trade Secrets for any purpose other than as authorized by this Terms, and shall not disclose the Trade Secrets to any third party without the prior written consent of IPFoxy.
Any comments, feature suggestions, bug reports, or improvement ideas that You submit to IPFoxy regarding the Services or IPFoxy’s software (collectively, "User Feedback") shall become the exclusive property of IPFoxy upon submission. You irrevocably assign to IPFoxy, on a worldwide, royalty-free basis, all rights, title, and interest in and to the User Feedback, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights therein. You further agree to provide such assistance as IPFoxy may reasonably request to perfect such assignment.
IPFoxy makes no express or implied warranties or representations with respect to: (a) the continuous availability or uninterrupted operation of the Services; (b) the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content or information provided through the Services; (c) the absence of harmful components (such as viruses) in the Services or associated servers or network nodes; or (d) the legality of Your use of the Services in any particular jurisdiction.
You are advised to regularly back up all important data locally and implement appropriate data disaster recovery measures. IPFoxy shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from service interruptions, data loss, or system failures.
IPFoxy shall not be involved in any disputes between You and other Users or between You and any third party arising from the use of the Services. You shall be solely responsible for all consequences of Your conduct in connection with the Services. You shall indemnify and hold IPFoxy harmless from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, and expenses arising from Your use of the Services or any conduct that violates this Terms.
Notwithstanding any other provision of the Terms, IPFoxy’s total aggregate liability to You for any loss, damage, or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms or the Services (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) shall not exceed the total amount of fees that You actually paid to IPFoxy for the specific Service that gave rise to the claim. This limitation shall apply even if IPFoxy has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
You assume full responsibility for evaluating the quality, performance, and suitability of the Services for Your needs. IPFoxy shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your use, deployment, or reliance on the Services, whether direct or indirect.
