IPFoxy automatically generates Invoices for recharge orders on behalf of users who have completed Business Verification — no manual requests needed. The system issues Invoices automatically based on your verified business information.

Once your verification is approved, the system will automatically generate Invoices for all your existing and future recharge orders. You can view and download them from the Recharge History in the Billing Center
2、Business Verification
Step 1: Navigate to the Business Verification Page
Log in to IPFoxy and click Account Settings in the left sidebar. Switch to the Business Verification tab in the top navigation. The default status will show as "Unverified." Fill in the required information and click Submit for Review.

Step 2: Fill In Your Business Details

| Business Address | Enter the business address and country as shown on your business license or supporting documentation |

For companies registered in mainland China: enter your Unified Social Credit Code. For overseas entities: enter your local business registration number or tax ID

Upload a document proving your company's legal registration, such as a Business License, Business Registration certificate, or Certificate of Incorporation. (Accepted formats: JPG / PNG / PDF, max 5 MB)

第三步:Submit Your Application
After submission, our compliance team will complete the review within 1–3 business days. You'll be notified via both email and in-app message once a decision has been made.
To help speed up the process, please double-check that all information is accurate before submitting.

3、Viewing & Downloading Invoices
Step 1: Go to "Recharge"
Click Billing Center in the left sidebar. Under Billing Details, select the Recharge History tab at the top.

Step 2: View Your Invoice
In the Recharge History tab, <span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);">filter for "Recharge" orders</span>, then click the Invoice link on the right side of the relevant order.
*"Recharge" orders in the Billing Center refer to orders generated through actual payments (e.g., cash payments or balance top-ups).

4. Important Notes
- Business verification results will be sent via both in-app message and email.
- Invoices cannot be issued while your business verification status is "Unverified," "Under Review," or "Rejected."
- If your verification is rejected, the reason will be displayed on the Business Verification page. You may revise and resubmit your application.
- At this time, Invoices can only be issued for "Recharge" orders. Other order types are not supported.
- Invoices cannot be combined — each order requires a separate Invoice.
