Chrome/Firefox Proxy Configuration Tutorial

I. Introduction to FoxyProxy

It is a proxy extension for Firefox and Chrome browsers, and also supports mainstream browsers such as Microsoft Edge. It can help browsers quickly manage and switch between multiple proxy settings.
 
 

II. How to Configure Proxy IPs?

1.Register and Log in to IPFoxy

2.Copy the proxy information

3.Install the Plugin

First, make sure the FoxyProxy plugin is installed in your browser. You can install it via the Firefox Add-ons Store or the Chrome Web Store.   Firefox Add-ons Store

4.Access Settings

Once the installation is complete, click on the FoxyProxy icon in the top-right corner of your browser and select "Options" to access the settings interface.

5. Configure Proxy Server
 
In Proxies, select "HTTP", enter the proxy address, port number, username and password as shown below, then click Save at the bottom.
*The latest Chrome doesn’t support SOCKS5 authentication, so choose HTTP.
After configuration, click "Apply Options" to save.`

6.Switch Proxy

Once the proxy server is configured, you can click on the FoxyProxy icon to switch between different proxy modes. Select the profile you just set up to use it.
