How to Run Multiple Chrome Instances with Separate IPs

• Open a separate browser window and open the Google window

This method is convenient for managing multiple accounts, but in terms of price and usage, it is not very necessary for operating accounts with low environmental requirements.

3. Use Chrome extension

• Install a Chrome plug-in, such as FoxyProxy/Zeroomega/proxySwithyomega

• Create multiple proxy profiles (each using a different IP)

• Manually switch between different proxy scenarios to achieve IP switching

This method does not require repeated changes to the browser configuration, supports SOCKS5/HTTP/HTTPS proxies, and has high privacy and stability. However, it cannot isolate device information. It is suitable for scenarios where multiple accounts only need to distinguish IP addresses but do not need to isolate devices.

All three methods listed above require a proxy to complete the configuration of a dedicated IP. The Chrome plug-in configuration is relatively simple. It is recommended that the following points be met when choosing an agent:

• Provide native/residential IP: real user network environment to ensure the stability of account usage

• Dynamic IP/static IP optional: You can choose according to your needs, static is suitable for long-term tasks, dynamic is suitable for temporary verification

• Support HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS5 protocols: ensure compatibility

After registering and purchasing the required proxy type, you can see the available IP addresses in your account. Remember to switch the proxy protocol to HTTP.

2. Copy agent information

Click on the proxy information to view the specific content, copy the account and password and configure it, but still pay attention to whether the protocol type is HTTP

3. Plugin Configuration

After copying your account password, open Google and confirm whether you have downloaded the relevant plug-in. If not, you can click on the extension and go to the App Store to download it.

• After completing the above operations and waiting for the loading to complete, click the FoxyProxy plug-in again, and you will see the proxy you configured. The title nickname is an arbitrary note. It is recommended to mark it according to the purpose for easy environment management.

  

• Select the proxy you just configured to enable it. If you need multiple accounts, just repeat the above steps to create new ones and configure the proxy information separately to ensure that each window/account has an independent IP environment
